Summary
In class I am reading a book called Nightmare Hour and there is 9 stories in the book but I’ve only read 3. The 3 stories I have read are pumpkin head, Afraid of clowns and The Dead Body.
On the pumpkin head story there were 3 kids who would play tricks and the they went to a pumpkin patch and then they started to graffiti the area and also they wrote things on the pumpkins so they can’t be sold.
On the Afraid od Clowns there was a boy who was scared of clowns and clowns in the story had a secret which was that clowns were dangerous people and they would kill any kid that was scared of clowns.
On the book The Dead Body there is a kid called willy and he always gets dared by a boy called Travis. On a really hot day the kids were walking around the school when they saw a DEAD BODY ad all the kids got scared when Travis dared Willy to touch the dead body and Willy agreed to touch it and when he was about to touch it the body grabbed willy by the hand and said “Let the dead rest” and then all the kids started running away and when all of them left, Willy said to the dead body “Its okay there all gone uncle Janes” then willy’s uncle popped out and said “that was a funny trick. Willy was happy that day because he would never get dared again.

On Friday the boys Softball team played a fun and not so challenging game against Pascoe Vale South. The scores were 11-1 in our favor. Some of the highlights were Jarm’s pitching, Lace’s backstop and Etha’s massive hits and one of them nearly
hit the crossbar. I would like to thank Mr. M for coaching us.

On Friday the boys Softball team played a hard and nerve racking game against St Bernards. The scores were 14-2 in our favor, some of the highlights were Jarm’s pitching and Lace’s Backstop and everyone’s teamwork. The game was really fun.

Mr, Archimedes was taking a bath with his animal friends when all of them got into the bath the water started rising up. Mr Archimedes was very confuse why the water would rise. So he started taking out the animals and after all the stress he found out that it was all of there weight that was rising up the water so every time they would leave the bath the water would get lower.

On Friday the girls played the softball grand final. The scores were 16-5 in their favor. They played against Pascoe Vale South. Also next week the boys would be playing softball in the grand final as well. I reckon that we would win against our opponent and we would win 20-0, but it is the final’s so it can be really hard and I don’t reckon that we would win 20-0 but hopefully we would win. It is going to be so fun.

Today is Grandparent’s day. There are a lot of grandparents today. I didn’t bring my grandparents because all they speak is Turkish. I think today will be a lot of fun because with all the grandparents we will be doing lots of activities with them and we will be playing lots of games. Lots of my friends brought their grandparents to the school and it will be a lot of fun today.

Summary

In 1890 a golden mace was stolen. A witness saw a man holding a 5 foot package rapped in brown paper. The packed banged into a metal making a clanging sound and he went aboard the tram and left the parliament house.
