On Friday we had a visit from Kelvin Thomas. It was interesting because he said he worked for 10 hours a day and he can only have days of on the public holidays like the queen’s birthday so it means he can hardly see his family and friends. It was annoying because I had my hand up for a long time but he looked at me twice and he still wouldn’t answer me and lots of people would ask questions and his answers went for so long. But it was an interesting day and we didn’t have any trouble because no one was talking over him, so it was not a bad day.

On Tuesday a dentist came to our school to talk about how to keep your mouth healthy and what happens if you don’t get your teeth brushed or going to the dentist for them to look at your teeth.

I think it was interesting because she showed the mouth and how it looks when the teeth are in the mouth when they actually didn’t come out. The only bad thing that happened was that everyone was talking while the dentist was talking and it got worse because we lost earn and learn till we could show out teacher that we can behave.

So the day was fun and bad because we lost earn and learn

Yesterday Ishg, Graw, Yaso and Isac went to District cross country. Graw is emergency for zone but Yaso made it to zone. It was a really muddy day so most of the time people were slipping when they were going up the hills so the mud made it so much harder to go up the hills. Ishg came 40th out of 60 other kids. He could not make it to zone but he should be happy cause he made it up to the 2nd stage. But Yaso made it to zone which is really cool. I wish I was there.

For the last few weeks we have done earn and learn. The job I will be doing is a sport shop and it is called Sports INFINITY and the things we will be making our own jerseys, balls, and cards of players. The two other people I’m working with is Desa and Ishg also but because we are in different home groups we will be making the same shop but in two different areas and I think this would be a success because lots of people really like sport and we will be doing everything about sport and nothing else.

On Friday we had our last I.S.S dame of soccer. We played against Coburg, the scores were 1-1, some of the highlights were Spuh’s saves and Aleb’s goal and I will like to thank  Mr. M for coaching us.

On Friday the 5/6 played a game of soccer against St Bernard’s.  The scores were 1-1. Some of the Highlights were Aleb’s goal and Adad’s goalkeeping and Natl’s defending. This game was fun and kind of challenging and we all like to thank Mr. M for coaching us. We finally didn’t loose Yay.

On friday the boys played a really hard and challenging game against moreland and the scores were 7-0 in there favour some of the highlights were Camb saves and Jonts defending and I will like to thank Mr M for coaching us.

My goal is to improve with bodmaths and my 13 times tables.

The way i will achieve this is by doing it at home and saying the 13 times tables to myself and i wont stop till i get it all right. The way i will get better at bodmas is by getting my dad to write me questions.

On Thursday I went to Soccer training with my cousin and Zal. When we got there we had to do three laps around the oval at first. Then we had to do a drill where we had to get past the defenders and shoot at goal.

After that drill we just trained the goalkeeper. After that we had to do another eight laps so we had to do eleven laps. After that I took some more shots at the goalkeeper then we left to go home.

I took a shower and I went downstairs to play and after a while my cousin left and I had to go bed.

Summary

There once was a man called Simpson. He was on the shore line of Australia. He got home sick and decided to join the army thinking they would take him back to his home (England). Apparently they went to Egypt to train for the war.

After when they got to Gallipoli to launch the attack they already got gun fire shot at them. He landed on the shore and got to the ground. The next day he tried to find a camp to stay at but he found a donkey called Duffy. He found some hurt and wounded soldiers and put them on the back of the donkey and raced to find a camp by night fall.

He found a camp to stay at. He healed the wounded soldiers  and left to find more wounded soldiers. He was walking with his horse but some where in the mountains there was a Turkish sniper aiming right at him he pulled the trigger and shot. The bullet went straight through his back and through his heart. Duffy ran off in a rush. That was the end of Simpson.
